JAY BATCHELOR

Jay is a former WHL defenseman with an extensive junior hockey career, including time spent with the Prince Albert Raiders under then–General Manager Rick Valette during the 2000–01 season. Since 2007, he has continued that connection by serving as a trusted recruiter and player representative for Rick — contributing to the identification, mentorship, and advancement of top young talent.

With years of firsthand experience in both the WHL and Junior A ranks, Jay offers a deep understanding of what it takes for players to succeed at the next level. His network, insights, and player-centered approach make him a valuable asset in guiding athletes through their development journeys and helping them reach their full potential..
