Andy is a Certified Agent with the PHPA, with over 9 years of experience in hockey scouting, player development, and representation. Andy brings a powerful blend of industry expertise, talent identification, and business strategy to Valiant Sports & Entertainment. His work spans across multiple levels of hockey—including the minors, CSSHL, SJHL, AJHL, BCHL, OHL, QMJHL, WHL, AHL, and NCAA, along with USports—where he has built a keen eye for talent and ability to guide players toward the next stage in their careers.

Andy is known for cultivating meaningful relationships with athletes and their families, as well as with scouts, coaches, and GMs across the many different leagues in hockey. His instinct for understanding organizational fit and player development paths positions him as a trusted advisor for young players navigating the competitive world of collegiate and professional hockey.
